Ken W. was about to sell his home when he noticed cracks forming on the walls of the home. Louise noticed that the exterior concrete in her driveway was extremely cracked and hazardous. She decided to give Redeemers Group a call and we were able to get that issue resolved. We also installed the PolyLevel® system which uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement. Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. David R. of Oakland, TN needed help with his driveway.  He recently had a sewage pipe replaced where it washed out the soil underneath his driveway.  The concrete began to fail because of the lack of stabilization.  David had only lived in the house for three years and he, like most of us, just wanted to enjoy his front yard.  In order to do that, he needed concrete leveling. David took his problems to the internet where he discovered Redeemers Group. Our Inspector, Justin, went to Oakland to help David with his concrete problem.  He quickly determined the best solution to precisely and permanently address the issue. Mack from Dyersburg MS called Redeemers Group after receiving a postcard in the mail. He was noticing that some of the floors in his home, over his crawl space, were uneven, causing his crown molding to seperate from the ceiling. He set up an appointment to have our foundation specialist, Kurt, come out to his home and provide him with a free on-site estimate for repairs. This customers pre-fabricated home was placed over a tough concrete slab. Unfortunately, over the years, while the slab did not crack, it did begin to shift and sink into the ground. This caused the slab to pull several inches away from the base of the prefabricated home's walls! How scary! This customer called a local concrete and foundation repair company for help. Redeemers Group sent a System Design Specialist to diagnose the problem and prescribe a cure. In this case, water had gotten under the concrete slab foundation and created voids and an unstable ground where the weight of the home was causing the slab to sink. Luckily, the concrete repair specialist had just the solution. We injected PolyLevel, an expandable wonder-foam that would fill the voids, left the slabs back into place AND bear the weight of the home. This is so important, because any old foam couldn't do the job. Christopher N. of Dyersburg, TN contacted us about a sinking concrete slab beneath his backyard shed. When Robbie of Water Valley, MS,  turned to Redeemers Group for help, she knew she had a problem, she just didn't know how bad it really was. Like most homeowners, Robbie had trouble getting under her home to access her crawl space. Gary had been experiencing persistent moisture issues in the crawlspace of his home, which was originally built around a singlewide mobile home.
