Dirty Crawl Space in Ashland, MS
Carroll T. had noticed that the crawl space of her home was moist and she was worried that the moisture would affect her home. Redeemers Group came in and offered Carroll and her family a great solution to their crawl space issues. One of the main components of the crawl space solution included the installation of the SuperSump® sump pump and the CleanSpace®   System. Both systems are essential to keeping any basement or crawlspace dry. The SuperSump® pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a basement collects during heavy rains. It can pump 2220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot discharge head quietly and efficiently. The CleanSpace® System separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.  With a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, this durable 20-milpoly-reinforced crawl space liner converts your crawl space into a usable storage area. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace® will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface. Another part of the solution is to dehumidify the basement ® and the BrightWall® system. BrightWall® is a 100% waterproof rigid plastic paneling for unfinished basement walls. Enjoying the View in Myrtle, MS
John M. of Myrtle, MS and his wife were having concerns regarding their home. The back corner of the home has cracked and settled.  They are the original owners of the home. They’ve lived here for more than 20 years and have no plans to move. This is their forever home. Their back porch was also sinking.  They spend a lot of time on their porch and to keep enjoying the view from that porch, they needed to get this resolved.  They tried to have this addressed about 10 years ago, but the company they contracted with installed inferior products.  The problem remained and that company went out of business. We designed a solution that will permanently stabilize both their back porch and their home.  First, we used our PolyLevel® Concrete Injection System to lift and level the porch.  We also sealed all joints and cracks with our NexusPro® Sealant.  We used our push pier system to address the foundation settlement happening with the house.  Our push piers are driven deep into the earth until they meet what is called load bearing strata.  This is the point in which the piers can go no further and rest on this stable soil.  They are attached to the house and pressurized, pushing against the load bearing strata until the house begins to lift.  This is will permanently stabilize their home and ensure that no further settlement will occur in that area. John and his wife are very pleased with the results, stating: “Chet, Brian, Mike & Randy were very knowledgeable about their work and worked well together. They were very respectful and included us in decisions. We would highly recommend this company for your needs.”  We are thrilled to have given them the peace of mind of knowing that their home is stable, and they can enjoy their back porch forever.
SmartJack & Beam Reinforcement for Settled Floors in Myrtle, MS
John M. of Myrtle, MS had been dealing with recurring floor settlement issues along a hallway in his home, despite having support work done a few years earlier. While temporary fixes had been attempted, the floor continued to sag, prompting John to seek a long-term, reliable solution. Having previously trusted Redeemers Group to install push piers on the corner of his home—a project he and his wife were extremely satisfied with—he reached out again for expert guidance. Our team conducted a thorough inspection and identified that the previous contractors had altered the original structural supports by replacing columns with block columns and a 6x6 beam. Unfortunately, these makeshift supports had begun settling, contributing to the ongoing issues. To permanently resolve the problem, we proposed removing the inadequate supports and installing eight SmartJacks and 55 feet of steel supplemental beam beneath the central beam of the home. Additionally, another five SmartJacks and 40 feet of steel beam were needed to stabilize the west-side beam supporting the master bedroom, bathroom, and living room. John asked us to remove the old material from the crawlspace so he could dispose of it himself. During the inspection, we also found high mold concentrations at the front of the crawlspace and recommended LumberKoat to protect and preserve the wooden framing. While there were signs of settlement near the back door and foundation wall, and we recommended five push piers with angle iron for reinforcement, John opted to hold off on pier installation for now, considering reframing the door himself. If your floors are sinking or sagging despite past repairs, don’t settle for short-term fixes. Contact Redeemers Group today to schedule a professional foundation inspection and protect your home from further damage.
Resolving Poolside Washout with PolyLevel® & NexusPro® in Longstanding Concrete
After over two decades of enjoying his backyard pool, Luis noticed a growing concern—washout was becoming evident beneath the concrete where French drains were installed. This erosion caused a substantial void under two key concrete slabs near the pool, raising fears of structural instability and potential slab replacement. Luis wanted a targeted solution that would restore his peace of mind without requiring an extensive or costly demolition. Our team recommended a precision repair using PolyLevel®, an advanced polyurethane injection system designed to fill voids and lift concrete. This was the perfect solution to stabilize the two affected slabs without disrupting the entire poolside area. In addition, we applied NexusPro®, a long-lasting sealant, to all control joints in the surrounding concrete as well as the joint where the concrete meets the brick along the back of Luis’s home. These treatments were tailored to prevent further water intrusion and protect the integrity of the concrete over time. Thanks to this efficient and minimally invasive repair, Luis was able to safeguard his investment without replacing large sections of concrete. The combination of PolyLevel® and NexusPro® not only corrected the immediate issue but also added long-term durability to his outdoor living space. Uneven Exterior in Middleton, TN
Sue R. had noticed that the foundation of her home was unstable. The crack on the outside of her home continued to grow. She hired other contractors over the years, but the foundation issue would not go away. Sue decided to give Redeemers Group a call to help with this issue. The first task that was completed was to install piers to support the foundation of the home. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure must sink downwards into the ground. This is true with homes, concrete floors, chimneys, and many other structures. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position.

Driveway Void Repair with PolyLevel in New Albany, MS: Fast Fix Prevents Major Damage for Homeowner in Need
Cynthia K. of New Albany, MS, became alarmed after noticing voids forming beneath her sloped driveway, directly above a concrete culvert. After heavy rains, signs of washout appeared, and a long crack formed straight down the middle of the driveway slab. Though there wasn't significant settlement yet, Cynthia feared it was only a matter of time before the concrete collapsed—potentially damaging her vehicle or cutting off access to her home. With a fixed income and mobility challenges due to a prior brain injury, she needed a fast and affordable solution before the issue became unmanageable. Having already spent money on essential plumbing repairs, Cynthia was looking for a practical approach to prevent a much larger expense. Our team proposed Option 1: using PolyLevel® to fill the voids surrounding the culvert and sealing 12 feet of cracks, including a large control joint and a fractured section on the right-hand side of the driveway. This non-invasive, cost-effective method would stabilize the area quickly and prevent further erosion or cracking. With minimal disruption and maximum impact, it was the perfect solution for her situation. Cynthia chose to move forward immediately, grateful for a solution that fit her budget and gave her peace of mind. Her driveway is now safe, stable, and protected against further water damage. If you're seeing signs of washout or cracking in your New Albany, MS driveway, don’t wait—contact us today to schedule your free inspection and learn how PolyLevel can help preserve your property.
Crawl Space Floor Repair & Structural Stabilization in Jackson, TN
Sloping Floors and Structural Concerns in a 1953 Home This Jackson, TN home, owned by Paul R., had been showing significant floor slope throughout the rear addition and office area. Built in 1953 with a later addition, the home had no main beam supporting the 14-foot joists in the addition, and the rim band connection to the original foundation appeared improperly done. Limited crawlspace access, duct obstructions, and low clearance prevented a full inspection, but visible sections showed no rot. The uneven floors, unsupported addition, and settling near the bathroom created both structural instability and homeowner frustration. Joist Reinforcement, SmartJack Installation, and Subfloor Reconstruction To correct years of settling, our team installed SmartJacks and supplemental beams throughout multiple sections of the home, targeting sloping floors in both the addition and the office. We replaced subfloor and joists where needed, installed two SmartJacks beneath the bathroom wall for added support, and added five 2x8s beneath the bedroom wall in the addition. In tight-access areas, we engineered solutions from above—working through the subfloor where ductwork blocked crawlspace movement. Additional stabilizing SmartJacks were installed along the left side of the home, and a standalone unit was added at a sagging drop beam. Even without using the subfloor access hole, we completed all major structural work, including turning joists in a tight back-door area to improve load distribution. Structural Stability Through Correct Methods and Quality Materials During installation, we uncovered five additional feet of rim band that required replacement, a critical component for long-term structural health. Although this was outside the original scope, we replaced it at no cost to ensure the home was properly supported. Using treated lumber, directional joist corrections, and appropriately placed support jacks, we restored stability throughout the home and reinforced previously unsupported areas. These proven crawl space repair methods protect the structure, stop further settling, and help safeguard the home from future damage—especially important in older homes with additions and limited crawlspace access. Restore Your Home’s Stability Today If your floors are sagging, sloping, or showing signs of structural trouble, now is the time to act. Contact Redeemers Group for expert crawl space repair, structural reinforcement, and SmartJack installation backed by proven methods and long-term results.
