Soil Erosion Beneath the Driveway Threatened Concrete Stability and Property Value Eric W. of Oakland, Tennessee contacted our team after soil erosion began creating a large void beneath the driveway near the walkway and garage area. Over time, water runoff had washed away supporting soil underneath the concrete, causing sections of the driveway to settle and creating concerns about long-term stability. After stabilizing the soil conditions, the driveway concrete was carefully lifted and brought back to a near-perfect level position. As part of the drainage improvements, the crew also installed a buried downspout extension beneath the sidewalk to redirect water discharge safely away from the driveway and surrounding concrete surfaces. Penny and Mike from Williston TN, who met us at a home show , called Redeemers Group to set up an appointment for a free on-site estimate. They wanted their crawl space water proofed and sealed. Jay, our systems design specialist, went out to their home to provide a quote for crawl space water proofing and encapsulation.
