Driveway Void Filling and Concrete Leveling in Oakland, TN
Soil Erosion Beneath the Driveway Threatened Concrete Stability and Property Value Eric W. of Oakland, Tennessee contacted our team after soil erosion began creating a large void beneath the driveway near the walkway and garage area. Over time, water runoff had washed away supporting soil underneath the concrete, causing sections of the driveway to settle and creating concerns about long-term stability. Since Eric plans to sell the home within the next two years, protecting the property’s value and preventing visible concrete damage became a major priority. In addition to the void beneath the driveway, several driveway joints and cracks had started allowing water intrusion that could continue worsening the erosion beneath the slab if left untreated. PolyLevel Injection Restored Support Beneath the Driveway Slabs To permanently address the washout beneath the concrete, crews used PolyLevel injection technology to fill the large underground void and restore support beneath the affected slabs. After stabilizing the soil conditions, the driveway concrete was carefully lifted and brought back to a near-perfect level position. NexusPro joint and crack sealant was then applied throughout the driveway and walkway areas, including the garage joint and several vulnerable crack locations where water intrusion had been contributing to the erosion problem. As part of the drainage improvements, the crew also installed a buried downspout extension beneath the sidewalk to redirect water discharge safely away from the driveway and surrounding concrete surfaces. Concrete Repair and Drainage Improvements Helped Protect Long-Term Home Value One of the most important aspects of this project was correcting the underlying water management issue before the erosion caused larger concrete failures or more expensive repairs. By combining PolyLevel void filling, concrete lifting, joint sealing, and drainage improvements, the repair helped stabilize the driveway while reducing the risk of future washout beneath the slabs. Addressing the problem early also helped improve the overall appearance and functionality of the concrete surfaces, which can play an important role in maintaining curb appeal and resale value. The completed repair left the driveway stabilized, level, and better protected against future settlement caused by water intrusion. Schedule a Professional Concrete Leveling Inspection If you notice sinking concrete, erosion beneath your driveway, or expanding cracks around your home, early repairs can help prevent costly replacement projects later. Professional concrete lifting, void filling, joint sealing, and drainage correction solutions can stabilize your concrete surfaces and help protect your property value for years to come.
How to Fix Settling Floors Over a Crawl Space
Mack from Dyersburg MS called Redeemers Group after receiving a postcard in the mail. He was noticing that some of the floors in his home, over his crawl space, were uneven, causing his crown molding to seperate from the ceiling. He set up an appointment to have our foundation specialist, Kurt, come out to his home and provide him with a free on-site estimate for repairs. Our installation team installed our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System in his crawl space, which restored stability and straightened his uneven floors.
Sink Concrete Slab Lifted Back into Position, Saving a House in Dyersburg, TN
This customers pre-fabricated home was placed over a tough concrete slab. Unfortunately, over the years, while the slab did not crack, it did begin to shift and sink into the ground. This caused the slab to pull several inches away from the base of the prefabricated home's walls! How scary! This customer called a local concrete and foundation repair company for help. Redeemers Group sent a System Design Specialist to diagnose the problem and prescribe a cure. In this case, water had gotten under the concrete slab foundation and created voids and an unstable ground where the weight of the home was causing the slab to sink. Luckily, the concrete repair specialist had just the solution. We injected PolyLevel, an expandable wonder-foam that would fill the voids, left the slabs back into place AND bear the weight of the home. This is so important, because any old foam couldn't do the job. PolyLevel foam is special, and is created just for this purpose, so the customer would be on solid ground for as long, or longer, than the concrete slab actually lasted.
Shed Foundation Repair Using PolyLevelâ„¢ in Dyersburg, TN
Christopher N. of Dyersburg, TN contacted us about a sinking concrete slab beneath his backyard shed. The foundation had begun to settle unevenly due to long-term soil erosion and animal burrowing beneath the structure. Over time, this compromised the stability of the shed and posed safety concerns. Having lived in the home for seven years—a place that once belonged to his late brother—Christopher wanted to protect the property and restore the shed’s foundation before the damage worsened. After assessing the site, we determined that PolyLevel™, a high-performance polyurethane foam, was the best solution for lifting and stabilizing the settled slab. We discussed the possibility of temporary damming around the shed's perimeter to contain the foam during injection. Knowing Christopher was in up in age, we offered to assist with rolling out his four-wheeler and motorcycle from the shed, while he cleared the remaining contents before our team arrived. The PolyLevel™ application was a success—raising the slab, closing gaps, and reinforcing the shed’s foundation without the mess of traditional concrete replacement. Christopher can now enjoy peace of mind knowing his shed is back on solid ground. If you’re experiencing similar foundation issues in Dyersburg or the surrounding area, contact us today to schedule a free inspection and learn how PolyLevel™ can restore your concrete slab quickly and effectively.
Garage Slab Settlement Repair in Dyersburg, TN: Stabilizing a Sinking Concrete Floor Before It Worsened
Problem: Settling Garage Slab and Water Intrusion Threatened Structural Stability Anne R. contacted our team to assess a sinking garage slab in Dyersburg, TN, where the concrete had settled and cracked in the back right corner. The garage, which had been added after the original home construction, sat on a complex concrete base with varying thickness—reaching over 12 inches at the rear. Compounding the issue, the home was positioned downslope from the street with a steep ravine behind it, creating natural drainage challenges. Our inspection identified a void beneath the garage slab, caused by water runoff traveling down the driveway and pooling near the structure. This ongoing erosion risk meant the slab could continue to settle if left untreated, making garage foundation stabilization and water management critical. Solution: PolyLevel Injection and Spee-D Drain Installation for Long-Term Protection To address the underlying issue, we recommended a targeted approach focused on void filling, slab stabilization, and improved drainage. While push piers were discussed for lifting the slab, the homeowner prioritized preventing further movement. Our team installed a Spee-D trench drain system across the driveway to capture and redirect water away from the garage, connecting it to a buried discharge line that carried runoff safely down the slope. Inside the garage, we used PolyLevel® foam injection to fill the void beneath the slab, stabilizing the concrete and achieving a modest lift. Cracks in the garage floor were sealed using professional-grade crack repair materials, ensuring a more uniform and reinforced surface. Why It Matters: Preventing Future Settlement with Proven Concrete Repair Methods This project highlights the importance of combining concrete leveling techniques with proper drainage solutions to prevent recurring structural issues. Without addressing the water intrusion, any lifting solution alone would have been temporary. By installing a drainage system and stabilizing the subgrade with PolyLevel, we helped reduce the risk of future settlement and extended the life of the garage slab. While some movement may still occur over time without pier support, the homeowner now has a significantly more stable and protected structure. Proactive repairs like these are essential for maintaining property value and avoiding costly structural damage down the line. Local Crawl Space Experts Stop Mold under Mississippi Home
When Robbie of Water Valley, MS,  turned to Redeemers Group for help, she knew she had a problem, she just didn't know how bad it really was. Like most homeowners, Robbie had trouble getting under her home to access her crawl space. She was not surprised to find out that it was nasty, dirt,y and filled with debris, but she was surprised to learn it was filled with mold! Mold can cause a slew of problems for any homeowner. It can affect the integrity of the wood framing holding up the house and cause extreme health issues for the people living inside the home. Not to mention the indirect impact worrying about mold can do on one's peace of mind.Robbie did the right thing when she called her local experts for help after she heard Redeemers Group recommended to her by a trusted friend. We were able to access her crawl space, identify her mold problem, and present her with a custom-designed system to stop the mold at its source: moisture. Our crew installed 2500 square feet of CleanSpace to create a barrier under the home, added a dehumidifier to reduce the moisture content in the air, coated her joists with LumberKote (to stop any more damage from occurring to the structure,) AND fogged under the home to kill the existing mold. Not only did we take care of the existing mold, but we also set her up with a system to make sure it never comes back.Robbie was happy to report her installation crew was " super-efficient, nice, neat, and professional." We are proud to report we were able to help other homeowners keep themselves, and their homes, safe for years to come.
Crawlspace Moisture Repair with LumberKote and Interior Drain Installation in Hybrid Home
Gary had been experiencing persistent moisture issues in the crawlspace of his home, which was originally built around a singlewide mobile home. The concern was especially high regarding potential wood damage in the front portion of the crawlspace where the wooden framing was exposed and unprotected. The back section, still part of the original mobile home, remained covered with black plastic and was not part of the current repair scope. To address the moisture intrusion and protect the structural integrity of the exposed wood, our team applied LumberKote to the front part of the crawlspace. This protective coating serves as a moisture barrier, significantly reducing the risk of wood rot and mold development. The back half of the crawlspace remained untouched due to its existing protective sheathing, allowing us to focus on the area most at risk. In addition to sealing the wood, we installed a targeted interior drain system along the entire front wall and the top 20 feet of the northwest wall. A sump pump was strategically placed in the lower corner near the access door, with a buried discharge line to redirect water away from the foundation. This comprehensive waterproofing solution ensures long-term crawlspace dryness and improved air quality in Gary’s home. Protect your home’s foundation today—contact us for expert crawlspace moisture solutions and LumberKote applications.

Encapsulating a Crawl Space in Williston TN
Penny and Mike from Williston TN, who met us at a home show , called Redeemers Group to set up an appointment for a free on-site estimate. They wanted their crawl space water proofed and sealed. Jay, our systems design specialist, went out to their home to provide a quote for crawl space water proofing and encapsulation. Our installation team iinstalled our WaterGuard System, which will capture the water before it enters the crawl space and bring it to a sump pump. A SuperSump Sump Pump System was installed, which will pump the water outside and away from the foundation. Lastly they installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, which will prevent any moisture or bad smells from coming up into their home.
Rainfall made this crawl space dangerous and flooded
This customer knew that rain was a problem for her home, but until she asked Redeemers group, a local crawl space specialist, to come look, she did not know HOW much of a problem it really was.   The rainwater intrusion was very significant; it cause not only flooding in the crawl space, but also would lead to wood rot, which in turn was causing her floor joists, main beam and subfloor to fail. All hope was not lost, however. After our System Design Specialist diagnosed the problem, our Crawl Space team rolled out and install a sump pump, drainage system, and smart pipe to guard the crawl space against water getting into and staying in the crawl space. Then, we full encapsulated the crawl space, and installed a de-humidifier,  which meant we would stop moisture from getting into the air and rotting the wood in the crawl space!
