Our System Design Specialists are the first part of our team to meet with customers and actually see the problems they are facing. They get one on one interaction with the clients and the home. For any crawlspace inspection, the inspector must actually crawl into the crawlspace under the home. This is done to insure a thorough inspection has been completed. It’s not every day that they find visitors under the house, but lately that’s exactly what’s been happening!! They haven’t been the only ones under the homes anymore!! Just this week Wes Cordell was inspecting a crawlspace when a friendly goat appeared out of nowhere!! The goat was super friendly and supplied quite a bit of companionship during the inspection.  We love all types of animals here at Redeemers Group, especially when they surprise us at job sites!!

Pete P. noticed that the concrete surrounding his pool was uneven. He thought that he could fix this issue on his own, but he realized that this issue would not go away. He gave Redeemers Group a call and we were more than happy to resolve this issue. Donetta O. of Selmer, TN has lived in her 2005-built home for the past three years. Richard F. noticed that there were cracks in his home. He knew that this was a foundation issue and gave Redeemers Group a call. We were able to offer Richard an effective solution to this issue. Tim from Tupelo MS called Redeemers Group after receiving one of our postcards in the mail. His home, which is on a slab foundation, was showing signs of settling. There were cracks over doorways, crown molding was pulling away from the ceiling, and there were uneven floors.  Matt, our foundation design specialist, provided Tim with a free on-site estimate for foundation repairs. This homeowner was always a bit suspicious of the drainage channel installed right under his concrete driveway. Well, as the channel worked unchecked, the water from it leaked in and around his concrete driveway, which ultimately resulted in a HUGE hole, or as we call them, voids forming under his concrete driveway. Left alone, this hole would have ultimately lead to extreme sinking and cracking of his driveway which eventually would cause the driveway to collapse!This homeowner did the very smart thing and called Redeemers Group, a local concrete repair specialist in Starkville Mississippi. Because he called us soon enough, we were able to save his driveway by filling the voids formed by water, and sealing his concrete joints so that more water would not get under his slabs and lead to the same problem all over again. this homeowner saved thousands of dollars, not to mention extreme headaches, by getting his concrete repaired before it needed to be replaced!

Donna from Corinth MS called Redeemers group after seeing our advertisement on television. She was noticing that her exterior driveway slabs, and her interior family room slabs were settling and cracking. Alex, our project design specialist, went out to her home to provide Donna with a free on-site estimate for repairs. Cynthia P. of Corinth, MS noticed exterior cracks in the bricks of her home.  This was a real problem because she intends to sell the home and wants to make sure that the property value is intact.  She wants to do some cosmetic repairs and renovations but needs to have a stable foundation first.  She called Redeemers Group. Antonio, one of our foundation specialists, went out to Corinth to assess the issue.  After a thorough inspection, he was able to pinpoint all the trouble areas and the causes of the settlement.  He designed a permanent solution that would not only address these problems, but also meet Cynthia’s needs of returning a profit on the sale of the home. The project started with Tip, one of our foundation experts.  He and his crew attacked the foundation issue using our Helical Pier system.  These helical piers are driven down into the earth as to not disturb the soil and cause more issues.  The foundation is then attached to the piers using a special bracketing system.  Finally, pressure is added to the system to lift and stabilize the foundation. After Tip’s crew finished, it was time for Brennan and crew.  They would use our PolyLevelTM to backfill any voids left after lifting the foundation.  This would stop any future soil issues that could affect the foundation.  They would also address the sinking concrete porch in the back of the house.  The porch was sinking and pulling away from the rest of the house.  With our PolyLevelTM System, we were able to lift the porch back into place and ensure that it was level. This house is now permanently stable.  Cynthia has the peace of mind that she deserves knowing that she can list her house at full market value.   

Gabriel and Emily of Corinth, MS recently moved into their home and quickly discovered structural concerns beneath their floors. During a routine plumbing and flooring repair, they noticed a large hole in the crawlspace, posing a serious risk to the main support beam.
