Mold Prevention and Moisture Control with LumberKote for Peace of Mind in Stuttgart, AR
Peggy, a kind and resilient homeowner undergoing regular dialysis treatments, had been facing recurring mold issues in her home. The source of the problem was persistent moisture in the crawlspace, which had been made worse by her use of window units instead of a central HVAC system. This ongoing issue not only affected the air quality in her home but also posed health concerns, especially given her medical condition. To solve the problem, we recommended and sold a complete LumberKote system—an advanced moisture barrier solution designed to stop further dampness from affecting the crawlspace. We clearly communicated to Peggy, and noted in the contract, that she may still benefit from using DampRid pouches as an additional moisture control measure due to the limitations of her cooling setup. The project required some light demolition, including the removal of metal sheeting to access the crawlspace, which production will handle since specialized tools were needed. We made sure to accommodate Peggy’s dialysis schedule by planning the work for non-treatment days, ensuring minimal disruption to her health routine. With LumberKote in place, Peggy can enjoy peace of mind knowing her home is protected from future moisture buildup and mold growth.   If you're noticing signs of mold or moisture in your home, don’t wait. Contact us today to learn how our proven LumberKote system can protect your crawlspace and improve your indoor air quality—for good.
Driveway Repair and Concrete Lifting in Imboden, AR
Why Was This Driveway Cracking and Settling? Homeowner Yvonne W. of Imboden, AR had a driveway in front of her detached garage that showed significant settlement and cracking. Over time, shifting soils beneath concrete slabs can create uneven surfaces, cracked joints, and dangerous trip hazards. In this case, the driveway slabs had separated, creating both functional and curb appeal concerns. Yvonne wanted her driveway restored to a safe, even surface with long-term protection against further damage. How Was the Driveway Lifted and Repaired? Our team used PolyLevel® foam injection to carefully lift and stabilize the sunken driveway slabs. This advanced method fills voids beneath the concrete with lightweight, high-density foam that provides durable support without adding extra soil weight. Once the slabs were raised, we repaired all cracks and sealed the joints with NexusPro® joint sealant. This included repairing the carport joint and the driveway joints next to the house, preventing future water intrusion and erosion. While the section along the garage could not be perfectly leveled due to existing conditions, the two main slabs were lifted evenly and stabilized for long-term performance. Why Do PolyLevel® and NexusPro® Provide Better Results? By lifting and stabilizing the slabs with PolyLevel®, Yvonne avoided the mess, downtime, and short lifespan of traditional mudjacking or full concrete replacement. PolyLevel® cures quickly, is waterproof, and provides long-lasting support for heavy vehicle traffic. Meanwhile, NexusPro® joint sealant offers UV resistance, flexibility, and durability that standard caulks can’t match. The combination of these two methods ensured the driveway was safer, more attractive, and better protected against future settlement. Yvonne was very happy with the results and appreciated having a smooth, stable surface again. If your driveway is sinking, cracking, or separating from your garage or carport, don’t wait until it worsens. Contact us today for a free driveway inspection in Imboden, Jonesboro, Paragould, and surrounding Arkansas areas. Let us restore your concrete with proven solutions like PolyLevel® foam injection and NexusPro® sealant.
Sagging Floors in Newport, AR
Mary P. noticed that the floors of her home were sinking in a certain part of her home. She was worried that this would spread to the rest of the home so she gave Redeemers Group a call.  One of the main compenents of the solution was to install the SmartJack®. The SmartJack® system provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. Once installed in your crawl space, SmartJack® supports can correct problems such as sloping and overly springy floors, interior wall cracks, and out-of-level level door frames. Because of its design, the SmartJack® can be adjusted over time to provide additional straightening and leveling action if necessary. The SmartJack® is also compatible with a crawl space vapor barrier system, allowing you to address crawl space mold and humidity issues while repairing your structural issue. Mary is very happy with the results of this installation and now her floor is completely stable.
Large Poly-Level Project in Portia, AR
Redeemers Group Inc. is proud to have recently completed one of our largest Poly-Level projects. This project was completed on a bridge in Portia, AR. The team’s task was to lift and level a bridge between Portia & Black Rock, AR. This bridge needed to be leveled because of the large amounts of traffic that cross the bridge. Our team worked hard to work on this project. The PolyLevel® system uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement. Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away. We are more than happy to have been afforded the opportunity to work on this amazing project and continue Redefining our industry.
Stabilizing a Cherished Family Home in Alicia, AR
Foundation Problems Threatened a Sentimental Family Property This longtime family home in Alicia, AR had been vacant for eight years, and visible structural issues had begun to worsen. Cracks stretched across the living room wall and the carport, and the front door no longer opened correctly—clear signs of settlement and shifting soils beneath the structure. For the three siblings who grew up in this home, the damage was more than structural; it threatened a place filled with memories of their late mother. Concerned about preserving the home and preventing further deterioration, they contacted us to assess and address the foundation concerns. Strategic Stabilization With Helical Piers and PolyLevel® During inspection, we identified significant settlement along the northwest wall and the carport area. While full-perimeter piering was initially recommended, we adapted the solution to fit the family’s priorities and budget. The project focused on two helical piers installed along the carport wall to reinforce the roof-supporting tub piers, as well as a 10-by-20-foot PolyLevel® injection beneath the sinking side of the carport. These targeted methods lifted and stabilized key structural areas, improved support under the carport, and helped close several of the existing cracks. Permanent Support Ensured Long-Term Safety and Peace of Mind Once the stabilization was complete, the home was left significantly more secure, with multiple cracks successfully closed and previously sinking areas reinforced. Although one of the larger cracks did not fully close due to long-term settlement, the structure was safely stabilized, and the family was relieved to know the home was no longer at risk of further damage. We advised them to monitor the remaining crack and contact us if any changes occur. The homeowners were extremely pleased with the results and grateful to see their mother’s home protected for future generations. Restore and Protect Your Family’s Home If your property shows signs of settlement—cracking walls, sticking doors, or sinking concrete—now is the time to act. Contact Redeemers Group today to schedule a professional foundation assessment and protect the home that matters most to you.

Crawl Space Stabilization and Mold Protection for a Failing Crawl Space in Pocahontas, AR
Structural Problems Identified During Inspection Kathy M.’s home in Pocahontas, AR was experiencing significant structural stress due to an over-span between the main beam and the foundation walls. With two main beam piers completely missing, the floor system lacked the support required to distribute weight safely. A short line of aging wooden support beams also needed removal, and the crawl space showed widespread mold growth along the subfloor. The inspection further revealed signs of over-jacking from previous attempts at repair, which contributed to uneven floor lines and a pronounced hump in the living room. SmartJack Support System Installed for Permanent Structural Stability To correct these issues, the team installed a full line of five SmartJacks along the front section of the crawl space, supported by engineered footing bases designed to handle both the load of the home and future soil movement. Two additional stand-alone SmartJacks were installed beneath the main beam where piers were missing, providing a direct replacement with more reliable performance than traditional concrete blocks or wooden posts. SmartJacks are galvanized, adjustable steel columns rated for high compressive loads, allowing the crew to precisely lift and re-level the weakened floor system. During installation, the team corrected areas that had been previously over-jacked, successfully reducing floor unevenness and eliminating the hump in the living room. LumberKote Mold Protection and Long-Term Crawl Space Restoration With structural stability restored, the entire crawl space was treated with LumberKote, a protective wood coating designed to inhibit mold growth and moisture-related wood decay. Given the “good bit” of mold present on the subfloor, this treatment was essential for preventing future deterioration and improving the home’s indoor air quality. LumberKote bonds directly to the wood fibers, creating a long-lasting barrier that resists mold, rot, and humidity damage—key for homes with ongoing moisture concerns. The combination of SmartJack stabilization and LumberKote protection delivered a comprehensive, durable solution that left the customer extremely satisfied with the results. Take the First Step Toward a Safer, Stronger Home If your floors are sagging, uneven, or showing signs of moisture damage, Redeemers Group provides proven SmartJack and LumberKote solutions tailored to your home’s needs. Contact us today for a professional crawl space evaluation and secure long-term protection for your property.

Unstable Foundation Issues at Home in Moro, AR
Mitchell V. was about to sell his home when he noticed cracks forming on the walls of the home. He knew that this was a sign of a foundation issue and that this would have to be resolved before he sold the house. He gave us a call and Redeemers Group was more than happy to help Mitchell. To resolve this issue, we installed slab piers that started in the kitchen and wrapped around to the Master bedroom/bathroom. Installing piers will support the foundation of the home. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure must sink downwards into the ground. This is true with homes, concrete floors, chimneys, and many other structures. We also installed the PolyLevel® system and this uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. By installing these systems, were able to help Barry sell his home at an increased value.
