Back in August, Deric N. of Memphis, TN, called the Redeemers Group when he noticed water was seeping through the corner wall in his basement. He layered up towels on the floor until the problem just became too large for just towels to fix. We sent one of our System Design Specialists to complete a 100% free home inspection, and it was decided that the best solution to this problem would be to waterproof the basement. Lead foreman Kiel Davis was in charge of this job. After the job was started, it was discovered that the wall and sheetrock were completely soaked, and if left, would cause mold and future problems for the homeowner. Kiel and his team completely redefined this customer’s experience with Redeemers Group. He turned increasingly depressing news into a REDEFINED situation. Redeemers Group removed the water damaged wall and replaced it with a brand-new wall. Kiel came back to the office and was so excited to tell the team how he redefined this customers experience!! Take a look at these amazing pictures!!
Dirty Crawl Space in Walnut Ridge, AR
Greg N. decided to check under his home and discovered that his crawl space was flooding. He gave Redeemers Group a call and we were more than happy to help resolve this crawl space issue. The resolution to this issue was the SmartPipe™ Crawl Space Drainage System. Its custom design includes holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. A special wall flange collects water from the crawl space walls and the footing/wall joint. A SmartPipe™ system installs quickly- usually in a day or less. When we send a crew to encapsulate your crawl space, one worker can be installing your drain while the others install the rest of your crawl space system. The SmartPipe™ is the ideal way to drain water in a dirt crawl space without clogging or drain failure. All openings facing the dirt surface of your crawl space include a special filter fabric material, designed to allow water in while keeping mud and other clogging debris away.

Driveway Repair in Olive Branch, MS
Mr. Winston and his wife have worked hard for 32 years.  They have worked hard for everything they have, so for them, quality is paramount.  Mr. Winston thought that his concrete driveway may be too far gone for repair.  It was cracking and sinking, and he was prepared for the worst: a complete tear out and a new driveway.  He called on Redeemers Group and we sent Tyler out to inspect and assess the situation.  Mr. Winston was pleased to hear that his driveway could absolutely be saved, along with the thousands of dollars it would cost for a new drive way. Tyler explained how our PolyLevelTM Injection system worked and what could be done to save the driveway.  Mr. Winston eagerly scheduled the work to be done. It was now up to Tommy and crew to bring this driveway back to life.  Tommy knew that he would first need to stabilize the concrete slab.  This meant filling all voids underneath the concrete left by water intrusion.  Then he would need to lift and level the parts of the driveway that had sank.  PolyLevelTM is the go-to system for these problems.  Our PolyLevelTM foam is injected under the slab, filling all voids and lifting them back into proper position. After this was done, it was time for protection from future damage.  This is done by first, filling in all joints and cracks with our NexusProTM joint and crack sealant.  NexusProTM diverts the water and keeps it from getting beneath the concrete to erode the soil.  Finally, our SealantProTM was applied to the surface of the concrete, providing ultimate protection from the elements. All three of these products combined makes up our 3 Part Concrete Protection System, which comes with a 5 year warranty against future damage. Mr. Winston was amazed by the results.  His demand for quality was met and he was quite impressed.  He can rest assured that his driveway is stable and protected.  We at Redeemers Group take great pride in providing each customer with the remarkable experience they deserve.   If you are having trouble with your concrete, foundation, crawlspace or basement, call or click today for a free, no-obligation inspection.

Large Poly-Level Project in Portia, AR
Redeemers Group Inc. is proud to have recently completed one of our largest Poly-Level projects. This project was completed on a bridge in Portia, AR. The team’s task was to lift and level a bridge between Portia & Black Rock, AR. This bridge needed to be leveled because of the large amounts of traffic that cross the bridge. Our team worked hard to work on this project. The PolyLevel® system uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement. Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away. We are more than happy to have been afforded the opportunity to work on this amazing project and continue Redefining our industry.
Severe settlement in West Memphis, Arkansas
James H. was trying to sell his West Memphis, Arkansas home, but there were very obvious signs of foundation failure- something that would turn away most buyers. He had his realtor reach out to us for an inspection of what was occurring. Upon inspection, and as can be seen in the photos, there were many different signs of significant settlement which he did contract us to address. Our inspector determined that push piers would be the best solution for this particular home and the type of settlement going on. Specifically, our crew installed 9 push piers around the back of the house, one side, and part of the front of the home. Our piering crew leader determined, based on his expertise the actual spacing needed between the push piers to achieve the best stabilization.  James did contract us to stabilize the home's foundation, but there is an unfortunate and important lesson to be learned about foundation settlement. Foundation issues can be scary, we get it! The last thing you want to do, however, is ignore then and hope for the best. We were able to stabilize this home, but unfortunately, the symptoms had been ignored for so long that stabilizing the home would not also help correct some of the cosmetic damage that had occurred. Any time we work with a homeowner, we are very clear to communicate that we warranty and WILL accomplish stabilization. Once stabilized, we attempt to lift the house back to level. This is the cherry on top, and we do it, because we know that homeowners prefer to not see the cosmetic signs of settlement either. It's not always possible, especially in cases where the settlement was ignored for a really long time, making it detrimental to the home to try and lift back to level.  There are 2 things here: stabilization, which is always the goal, and attempting to lift. We will always stabilize a home and guarantee that. We will attempt to lift it back to level.

Moldy Crawl Space in Crawfordsville, AR
Doug P. noticed that his crawl space was extremely damp. He also suspected that there may be mold. He decided to give Redeemers Group a call and got a free estimate with one of our specialists. They both discovered there was indeed mold forming in the crawl space. One of the main components of the crawl space solution included the installation of the SuperSump® sump pump and the CleanSpace®   System. Both systems are essential to keeping any basement or crawlspace dry. The SuperSump® pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a basement collects during heavy rains. It can pump 2220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot discharge head quietly and efficiently. The CleanSpace® System separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.  With a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, this durable 20-milpoly-reinforced crawl space liner converts your crawl space into a usable storage area. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace® will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface. We also installed SaniDry CX Air System to keep humidity low. The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. It's the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier, without a bulky heat exchange core. The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency ENERGY STAR® certified dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models. Doug was relieved that his home's crawl space was now completely dry and mold-free.
