 Redeemers Group Inc. is proud to have recently completed one of our largest Poly-Level projects. This project was completed on a bridge in Portia, AR. The team’s task was to lift and level a bridge between Portia & Black Rock, AR. This bridge needed to be leveled because of the large amounts of traffic that cross the bridge. Our team worked hard to work on this project. The PolyLevel® system uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. Foundation Problems Threatened a Sentimental Family Property This longtime family home in Alicia, AR had been vacant for eight years, and visible structural issues had begun to worsen. Cracks stretched across the living room wall and the carport, and the front door no longer opened correctly—clear signs of settlement and shifting soils beneath the structure. For the three siblings who grew up in this home, the damage was more than structural; it threatened a place filled with memories of their late mother. Strategic Stabilization With Helical Piers and PolyLevel® During inspection, we identified significant settlement along the northwest wall and the carport area. While full-perimeter piering was initially recommended, we adapted the solution to fit the family’s priorities and budget. The project focused on two helical piers installed along the carport wall to reinforce the roof-supporting tub piers, as well as a 10-by-20-foot PolyLevel® injection beneath the sinking side of the carport. These targeted methods lifted and stabilized key structural areas, improved support under the carport, and helped close several of the existing cracks. Permanent Support Ensured Long-Term Safety and Peace of Mind Once the stabilization was complete, the home was left significantly more secure, with multiple cracks successfully closed and previously sinking areas reinforced. Although one of the larger cracks did not fully close due to long-term settlement, the structure was safely stabilized, and the family was relieved to know the home was no longer at risk of further damage. Structural Problems Identified During Inspection Kathy M.’s home in Pocahontas, AR was experiencing significant structural stress due to an over-span between the main beam and the foundation walls. With two main beam piers completely missing, the floor system lacked the support required to distribute weight safely. A short line of aging wooden support beams also needed removal, and the crawl space showed widespread mold growth along the subfloor. The inspection further revealed signs of over-jacking from previous attempts at repair, which contributed to uneven floor lines and a pronounced hump in the living room. SmartJack Support System Installed for Permanent Structural Stability To correct these issues, the team installed a full line of five SmartJacks along the front section of the crawl space, supported by engineered footing bases designed to handle both the load of the home and future soil movement. Two additional stand-alone SmartJacks were installed beneath the main beam where piers were missing, providing a direct replacement with more reliable performance than traditional concrete blocks or wooden posts. SmartJacks are galvanized, adjustable steel columns rated for high compressive loads, allowing the crew to precisely lift and re-level the weakened floor system. During installation, the team corrected areas that had been previously over-jacked, successfully reducing floor unevenness and eliminating the hump in the living room. Greg N. decided to check under his home and discovered that his crawl space was flooding. He gave Redeemers Group a call and we were more than happy to help resolve this crawl space issue. The resolution to this issue was the SmartPipe™ Crawl Space Drainage System. Its custom design includes holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. Mike S. noticed that every time it would rain, water would seep through between the foundation and cinderblock walls of his basement garage. On top of the water seepage, he also discovered that during millipede season, hundreds of millipedes would sneak into the area through the same tiny space the water was!! He decided to give Redeemers Group a call, and we were more than happy to help!! After receiving a free home estimate with one of our System Design Specialists, Mike S. and our team decided the best plan of action would be to waterproof the area with our WaterGuard technology and install a SumpPump to insure no further water damage. The installation went perfectly, and now Mike S. can rest easy whenever it rains!! At the end of this job, Mike S. and his family asked to take our team out on their boat. The team was more than happy to end this job with a boat ride!! The team, along side Mike S. and family (which included a four-legged member) were able to end the day with a sunset on Snow Lake. Mr. Larry J. of Wynne, AR was very concerned about his home.  His floors were bouncy, and he was noticing damp spots in some areas.  Being up in age, Mr. Larry was worried about the dangers associated with a failing floor, moisture damage, and crawlspace stability.  After seeing a Redeemers Group commercial on TV, he decided to give us a call.  That turned out to be the best decision he could have made. Inspector Antonio traveled to Wynne to see what he could do to help Mr. Larry.  Upon thorough inspection, he discovered that the problem was much worse than Mr. Larry had suspected.  Prolonged moisture had caused his crawlspace substantial damage.  His subfloor was rotted and there were rotted and broken joists.  Antonio explained to Mr. Larry that his problems were extensive, but Redeemers Group had the knowledge and resources to provide a permanent solution.  Mr. Larry readily agreed and scheduled the work to begin. The first item to be addressed was Mr. Larry’s subfloor and damaged Joists.  Eugene and his crew carefully removed and replaced all rotted and damaged wood in the crawlspace.  Next, they tackled the stability issues.  After installing a supplemental beam, the crew installed our SmartJackTM System to permanently stabilize the joists.  Now that everything was structurally sound, it was time to address the moisture problems. Eugene and crew installed a SmartSumpTM to ensure that standing water would no longer be an issue.  Next, the CleanSpaceTM System was added to stop water vapor from permeating the walls and drain wall leaks.  This included CleanSpaceTM Vent Covers and an EverLastTM Door.  Finally, a Multi-Area Dehumidifier was added to control humidity in the crawlspace, protecting against future structural damage, pests, and mold. Mr. Larry is glad he called Redeemers Group.  He can be certain that his issues were solved permanently, the right way.  His home is safe again and we at Redeemers Group are happy to have given Mr. Larry a remarkable experience and the peace of mind he deserves.

Then, they needed to sister two joists that were broken under the dining room and a room to the front of the house. Finally, they replaced a small section of the main beam under the kitchen area.
