Donald K. noticed that the concrete in his backyard was extremely uneven. This issue had only worsened because of the weather. Donald gave Redeemers Group a call and we were more than happy to help Donald with this issue. We installed the PolyLevel® system which uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement. Frank had been frustrated by water coming through his basement floor for many years. He could never figure out exactly where it was coming from, and therefore, how to stop it.Finally, Frank had the good sense to call Redeemers Group for help! We tracked down the areas of water intrusion, and installed a lateral line to carry the water out of the basement. Then, we added a sump pump to collect the water, and keep it from flowing back into the basement, which would have caused foundation damage down the line. Finally, we sealed our install with fresh concrete.Frank continues to enjoy his nice, dry basement :) 

Gwen noticed some moisture coming through her walls. She replaced the drywall and thought she had the problem solved. But of course it leaked again, and she new she had more than a cosmetic problem. Boyd D. noticed that his home's crawl space was moist. James and his family have a wonderful pool in their backyard. The pool deck slab on the right side of the pool steps settled away from the pool with lippage of over 1" with adjoining slab. There are three pool deck slabs settled away from the pool on north end of the pool, left of the pool step. However, he noticed that there were cracks and uneven concrete surrounding their pool. Bo M. had noticed that the foundation of his home was unstable. He tried to work on these issues on his own, but these solutions were only temporary. Redeemers Group was happy to help Bo secure his home’s foundation. In order to resolve this issue, Redeemers Group installed our push pier system. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure must sink downwards into the ground. This is true with homes, concrete floors, chimneys, and many other structures. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position. Once this was completed; Bo’s home was foundation problem free. We are thrilled that we could help Bo and his family.  

Every time it rained, water filled this crawl space to the point that it flooded the access point (pictured)This homeowner had finally had enough! She stopped ignoring her problem and reached out a local crawl space expert, Redeemers Group.   Redeemers Group had been serving the Paragould area locally for 14 years! Once we had removed the excess rainwater, we got to work completely replacing the rotted wood joisting framing the crawl space, and even added a supplemental beam to help with the over-spanned (over worked) areas under the home. Where the wood was still in good condition, but there was sinking due to the muck and mud from the water, we install Smart Jacks, a super stron support jack system, to hold up the floors and secure the foundation.Then, to deal with water coming in from rain, we installed a drainage system, that was our sump pump would vacuum up any water that got into the crawl space, and the drainage line would zip it away out and away from the home. Thanks to the work of our teams, this customer's crawl space woes were solved for good!
