Dirty, Damp Crawl Space in Tunica, MS
Paul. was having issues with a dirty crawl space at his home. He gave Redeemers Group a call and we were more than happy to help with this crawl space issue. One of the main components of the crawl space solution included the installation of the Smart Jack System and the CleanSpace® System. This system is essential to keeping any basement or crawlspace dry. The SuperSump® pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a basement collects during heavy rains. It can pump 2220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot discharge head quietly and efficiently. The CleanSpace® System separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.  With a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, this durable 20-milpoly-reinforced crawl space liner converts your crawl space into a usable storage area. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace® will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface. Once this was completed; Paul’s crawl space was problem free. We are thrilled that we could help Paul and his family.
Decorated Veteran Has Foundation Redeemed
Charlie D. is a Marine, former POW in Vietnam, and a former Police Lieutenant with a very decorated career of service. His foundation had settled, especially over the past couple of years, and he needed to get this home fixed, and the floors stabilized. Charlie’s family is dealing with some medical difficulties, so the last thing he and his wife need is the extra stress caused by their failing foundation.  At one point, Charlie had his foundation fixed by a "fly by night" contractor. That fix did not help, and he is not impressed with the work he's seen from our competitors. Charlie’s friend who is very particular (like he is) told him to call Redeemers Group as he was satisfied with our work. We were able to go in and use our interior slab piers to lift the foundation up 1.25 inches.  These are installed by cutting holes into the slab inside the home.  Then the piers are driven down into the soil until they reach load bearing strata, also referred to as bedrock.  Those piers are then attached to the foundation and pressurized.  This pushes the foundation up, lifting it back into position.  After that, we filled the voids caused by lifting the house with our PolyLevel concrete injection system. This will ensure permanent stabilization.  With this stressful issue behind them, Charlie and his wife can now spend their time and energy focusing on getting well. That is what they deserve. We thank Charlie for his decades of service and sacrifice and are sending thoughts, prayers, and positive energy to his family.

Interior and Exterior Slab Lifting in Marion, AR: Preparing a Home for Retirement and Resale
Dineen H. of Marion, AR is looking ahead to retirement and, with an eye toward possibly selling her home, wants to ensure it’s structurally sound and market-ready. After living in the home for many years, she’s begun to notice several signs of slab settlement—particularly in the living room near the fireplace and at the rear of the house where the back patio meets the kitchen. Her focus is on correcting these areas of concern so the home is stable, comfortable, and attractive to future buyers. The most prominent issue lies on the back patio, just outside the double kitchen doors. The first slab has visibly settled, and more critically, a portion of the home’s foundation brick is resting on this patio slab—and has begun to drop with it. By lifting this section of concrete, we anticipate seeing some realignment and lift in the affected brickwork as well. Inside the home, the interior slab near the fireplace shows noticeable settlement underfoot. We proposed addressing all areas that have not yet received new flooring—including the kitchen, living room, entryway, and hallway—using our PolyLevel system to lift and stabilize the interior concrete without damaging the remaining structure. Dineen was clear about her priorities: resolving settlement issues now to avoid costly surprises later, and ensuring that both cosmetic and structural elements of the home are aligned before she retires. With this targeted concrete lift, she’ll gain not only peace of mind but also increased home value and functionality—exactly what she needs to make informed decisions about the future. Getting your home ready for retirement or resale? Let us help you eliminate foundation concerns with expert slab lifting solutions that restore your home’s integrity—inside and out.
Marion, AR Foundation Repair and Patio Stabilization
Signs of Foundation Damage in Marion, AR This Marion, AR homeowner noticed serious warning signs of foundation problems, including cracks in the back porch, driveway, and interior walls. Water pooling around the patio and settlement in multiple areas caused nail pops, uneven floors, and growing structural cracks. The situation worsened after a flood, raising concerns that the patio could eventually collapse. Recognizing the risks of continued settlement, the homeowner turned to Redeemers Group for a professional foundation inspection and long-term solution. To restore concrete surfaces, we applied a NexusPro® joint sealant and SealantPro® protection system to the driveway and back patio, eliminating dangerous voids and preventing future cracking. Inside the home, PolyLevel® foam injection lifted and stabilized the slab in the northwest and southwest bedrooms, correcting uneven floors and reducing interior cracks. These advanced methods ensured a secure, stable foundation that will withstand both settlement and heavy rains. Urgent Crawl Space Repair in Marks, MS
Kelsey C. of Marks, MS needed our help.  Her crawl space was in bad shape and she needed a solution.  She and her fiancé bought this house about a year ago, and want to live their life worry free in their home. They are getting married and want to have kids soon, and they don't want to start their family in a house that has structural problems. They want to make sure that the floor is in good condition, so Kelsey called Redeemers Group to see what could be done about the sagging and bouncy floors. Our crawl space specialist went out to Marks to inspect.  Upon investigation, it was discovered that the crawl space was in much worse shape than suspected.  Water and excess moisture had infiltrated the crawl space and destroyed some of the wood.  Mold, mildew, and rot caused major damage to the joists and subfloors.  We were able to propose a permanent solution to these crawl space problems.  Kelsey agreed with the proposal and the work was set. It was time for Eugene, our woodworking and crawl space expert to work his magic.  Eugene removed all the rotted and broken wood.  He replaced the old moldy joists with new ones and also replaced the damaged subfloors.  This strengthened the foundation and stabilized the homes floors.  Kelsey and her family could rest easy knowing that the wood under the home was now strong.  One step further would be to install our Bulletproof Encapsulation System.  This system includes our CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep water from infiltrating the walls of the crawl space, our SmartSump to rid the crawl space of any water that seeps in, our SaniDri dehumidifier to keep excess moisture out of the air in the crawl space, and our LumberKote wood sealant to protect the wood from future water damage.  This system also comes with a comprehensive warranty.  Call or click today for a free, no-obligation inspection!
Severe settlement in West Memphis, Arkansas
James H. was trying to sell his West Memphis, Arkansas home, but there were very obvious signs of foundation failure- something that would turn away most buyers. He had his realtor reach out to us for an inspection of what was occurring. Upon inspection, and as can be seen in the photos, there were many different signs of significant settlement which he did contract us to address. Our inspector determined that push piers would be the best solution for this particular home and the type of settlement going on. Specifically, our crew installed 9 push piers around the back of the house, one side, and part of the front of the home. Our piering crew leader determined, based on his expertise the actual spacing needed between the push piers to achieve the best stabilization.  James did contract us to stabilize the home's foundation, but there is an unfortunate and important lesson to be learned about foundation settlement. Foundation issues can be scary, we get it! The last thing you want to do, however, is ignore then and hope for the best. We were able to stabilize this home, but unfortunately, the symptoms had been ignored for so long that stabilizing the home would not also help correct some of the cosmetic damage that had occurred. Any time we work with a homeowner, we are very clear to communicate that we warranty and WILL accomplish stabilization. Once stabilized, we attempt to lift the house back to level. This is the cherry on top, and we do it, because we know that homeowners prefer to not see the cosmetic signs of settlement either. It's not always possible, especially in cases where the settlement was ignored for a really long time, making it detrimental to the home to try and lift back to level.  There are 2 things here: stabilization, which is always the goal, and attempting to lift. We will always stabilize a home and guarantee that. We will attempt to lift it back to level.
Restoring Structural Integrity and Home Value in West Memphis, AR
Restoring Structural Integrity and Home Value in West Memphis, AR Sagging Floors and Mold Damage Threatened Long-Term Stability When Shirley P. of West Memphis, Arkansas, noticed her floors beginning to sag, she called Redeemers Group for help. Our inspection revealed that the rim band on the north wall showed substantial mold buildup, and the main beam on the east side had five feet of severe rot. The crawl space ventilation ran east-west, which wasn’t obstructive but had compromised nearby joists that had been cut to accommodate it. Shirley’s goal was clear—she wanted her home to be structurally sound and ready to pass on to her grandchildren without future worries about safety or repairs. SmartJack Installation and Beam Replacement Provided Lasting Support Our team implemented a targeted structural repair and crawl space stabilization plan. We treated the mold-affected areas using Mold-X and sealed the cleaned lumber with a protective coating to prevent future growth. The rotten portion of the main beam was replaced, and supplemental beams were installed under the bathroom for added support. SmartJacks were strategically placed between existing piers along the main beam’s east side, resulting in a remarkable four inches of lift in the back bedroom and noticeable leveling around the bathroom. Despite extremely hard, cracked soil—signs of prior settlement—we safely achieved structural correction without damaging the attic or finishes above. Encapsulation and Structural Reinforcement Protect the Home’s Future By combining crawl space encapsulation, beam reinforcement, and SmartJack support, we helped Shirley preserve her home’s structural integrity and long-term property value. These methods not only corrected sagging floors but also provided a dry, stable foundation for decades to come. Shirley was thrilled with the results, knowing her home was finally ready for her family’s next generation. If you’re noticing soft, uneven, or sagging floors in your home, contact Redeemers Group today for a professional crawl space inspection and lasting repair solutions.
Water-filled Crawl Space had to be drained in Drummonds, TN!
This customer had a very flooded crawl space. In fact, the first day out on the job had to be spent completely pumping out the water! We removed the water, then returned to install a full drainage system to move water out from the crawl space and far out away from the home. This all begins with the sump pump that pulls water that enters the crawl space into a drainage line that forces the water way out into the yard and away from the home where, if left unchecked, would do major damage to the house over time.Luckily this customer called us to solve the flooding before things got out of control. Have you called your local waterproofing and foundation experts to help you? Don't wait, flooded crawl spaces will only get worse with time!
Unstable Soils Lead to Cracked Garage Floor in Drummonds TN, Local Concrete Expert Tasked to Help
This homeowner noticed a small crack in his garage when he first moved in three years ago. His home was newly built, so he figured it was due to settling, and everyone told him that it was normal and "houses settle all the time, even newly-built homes."But, as the snow and rains came and went, he notice the crack getting bigger, and now new ones were appearing. He did the smart thing, and called his local concrete repair company and asked us to take a look. Our System Design Specialist came out and correctly diagnosed the issue: water was seeping under his concrete slab and causing voids to form, which in turn was leading to his concrete sinking and cracking.   Luckily, he had called in time; Redeemers Group was able to stabilize the garage slab by injecting a proprietary polymer foam. Once the slab was stabilized, we sealed the joints to close the crack AND to make sure no more water got in and disrupted the soil beneath the slab. The homeowner was so grateful, he went on to trust the concrete experts, and asked for preventative sealing of all his existing concrete to ensure he never had to deal with cracking or settling again!
