Crawl Space Moisture Damage in Wynne, AR
Mr. Larry J. of Wynne, AR was very concerned about his home.  His floors were bouncy, and he was noticing damp spots in some areas.  Being up in age, Mr. Larry was worried about the dangers associated with a failing floor, moisture damage, and crawlspace stability.  After seeing a Redeemers Group commercial on TV, he decided to give us a call.  That turned out to be the best decision he could have made. Inspector Antonio traveled to Wynne to see what he could do to help Mr. Larry.  Upon thorough inspection, he discovered that the problem was much worse than Mr. Larry had suspected.  Prolonged moisture had caused his crawlspace substantial damage.  His subfloor was rotted and there were rotted and broken joists.  Antonio explained to Mr. Larry that his problems were extensive, but Redeemers Group had the knowledge and resources to provide a permanent solution.  Mr. Larry readily agreed and scheduled the work to begin. The first item to be addressed was Mr. Larry’s subfloor and damaged Joists.  Eugene and his crew carefully removed and replaced all rotted and damaged wood in the crawlspace.  Next, they tackled the stability issues.  After installing a supplemental beam, the crew installed our SmartJackTM System to permanently stabilize the joists.  Now that everything was structurally sound, it was time to address the moisture problems. Eugene and crew installed a SmartSumpTM to ensure that standing water would no longer be an issue.  Next, the CleanSpaceTM System was added to stop water vapor from permeating the walls and drain wall leaks.  This included CleanSpaceTM Vent Covers and an EverLastTM Door.  Finally, a Multi-Area Dehumidifier was added to control humidity in the crawlspace, protecting against future structural damage, pests, and mold. Mr. Larry is glad he called Redeemers Group.  He can be certain that his issues were solved permanently, the right way.  His home is safe again and we at Redeemers Group are happy to have given Mr. Larry a remarkable experience and the peace of mind he deserves.
Foundation Failure Resolved in Greenville, MS Home Addition
The homeowner faced dangerous foundation settling across two home additions, causing floor separation, slab failure, and misaligned doors. Our team installed structural piers, injected PolyLevel beneath interior slabs, and executed targeted stabilization to restore safety, alignment, and long-term stability. Severe Settling and Slab Failure Threatened the Home’s Additions This Greenville, MS home had two problematic additions where floors were separating, walls were sinking, and slab sections were dropping by as much as 4¼ inches. The customer’s bedroom addition had been built on a shallow slab with no footer, leaving it structurally unsupported. The southeast corner had dropped dramatically, and the north wall showed an additional 2 inches of settlement. The son’s bedroom had interior slab failure with about a one-inch drop toward the middle of the room. These issues risked worsening structural damage, door misalignment, and costly long-term repairs. Piers and PolyLevel Provided Structural Lift and Long-Term Stability To correct the settlement, we installed engineered foundation piers across the affected areas, driving them to load-bearing strata at pressures between 2,000 and 2,800 psi. Because the slab had no footer, approximately 60 feet of angle iron was required to properly support the structure. Our team achieved a measurable lift at key corners and successfully stabilized the remaining perimeter. Interior PolyLevel injections were used to fill voids beneath the slab and re-level floors, including drilling through tile where necessary. Despite unexpected equipment issues, repairs were completed efficiently, and benchmark measurements were managed with precision. Advanced Methods Restored Safety, Functionality, and Home Value The combination of structural piers, angle-iron reinforcement, and void-filling PolyLevel foam ensured a durable and permanent solution for both additions. These proven foundation repair technologies restored proper floor alignment, eliminated hazardous settling, and made three previously non-functional doors operate correctly again. By addressing the underlying causes—not just the symptoms—this homeowner protected their investment, prevented escalating structural damage, and regained long-term confidence in their home’s stability. Protect Your Home From Foundation Damage If you’re seeing floor separation, sloping, sticking doors, or sinking additions, now is the time to act. Contact Redeemers Group today for a comprehensive foundation inspection and a permanent repair solution.
Sagging Floor Stabilization and SmartJack Installation for a Heavy Three-Story Home
Problem: Uneven Floors and Structural Settlement in a Former Commercial Property The homeowner had recently purchased a former commercial property and was renovating it into a livable home with his brother, but the house was not level. The most noticeable floor problems were in the kitchen, front area, and one bedroom, where the uneven floors raised concerns about settlement, support, and long-term structural stability. During the inspection and installation process, the team also identified signs that the home’s weight was affecting more than the floor system. The three-story structure was extremely heavy, and the roofline and exterior walls appeared to be settling significantly, with a brick foundation wall bowing outward and contributing to visible structural movement. Solution: SmartJack Support System Installed to Lift and Stabilize the Floors The crew began by locating the planned SmartJack support areas and reviewing the homeowner’s concerns and expectations before beginning the crawl space/floor stabilization work. After prepping the installation holes, the team installed SmartJacks and carefully lifted the affected floor framing. The home responded quickly to the lift, but because of the weight of the three-story structure, the crew monitored the joists closely throughout the process. Some joists showed cracking and stress during lifting, and the team managed the lift carefully to avoid overcorrecting or causing further damage. By the end of the project, the floors had received meaningful stabilization and lift, and the homeowner said his concerns had been resolved. Why This Method Mattered: Floor Leveling Required Stabilization, Not Just Cosmetic Repair This project showed why uneven floors, sagging joists, and foundation settlement should be evaluated by a structural repair professional before cosmetic remodeling begins. SmartJacks were important because they helped transfer the weight of the home to stronger support points, stabilized the weakened floor system, and improved the floor elevation in the areas that concerned the homeowner most. The crew also explained that a perfectly level result would likely require more extensive structural work, including reframing and push piers, because the home’s exterior walls, roofline, and bowing brick foundation wall were contributing to the overall settlement. The homeowner was satisfied with the before-and-after results, the stabilization achieved, and the communication from the crew throughout the repair. Schedule a Floor Leveling and Foundation Inspection If your home has uneven floors, sagging floor joists, bowing foundation walls, or signs of structural settlement, Redeemers Group can help identify the cause and recommend the right repair plan. Failing Crawl Space In Jonesboro, AR
Patricia H.  from Jonesboro, AR was noticing cracks in her walls and water invading the crawl space under her home.  Her foundation was settling.  She worried about further crawl space support issues and the dangers that come with these problems.  Patricia was also concerned about moisture, hazardous mold, and lingering odors that prolonged moisture can cause.  With these fears in mind, she called upon Redeemers Group. Our Inspector, Kurt, promptly arrived at Patricia’s house eager to help her assess what was causing these problems.  What he discovered in the crawl space confirmed Patricia’s fears.  The settling foundation had caused significant damage to the structure of her home.  There were broken joists and damaged beams, but Kurt assured Patricia that she was in good hands, and that he knew exactly how to solve these problems. After Kurt offered her the appropriate and permanent solutions, she agreed that this needed to be done swiftly.  It was time for Luis and his crew to come in and get to work.  The crew installed our SmartJackTM System in her crawl space to stabilize and support the structure, focusing on the dining room through to the living room. Then, they needed to sister two joists that were broken under the dining room and a room to the front of the house. Finally, they replaced a small section of the main beam under the kitchen area. The service that Kurt, Luis and the team provided gave Patricia a permanent solution to her structural issues.  She can be confident that she lives in a home that is structurally safe and sound; that is our promise to homeowners.  The team at Redeemers Group are proud to have served Patricia and provide her with a remarkable experience.
Slab Foundation Repair for a Hillside Home with Brick Separation, Interior Cracks, and Settlement
Foundation Settlement Signs: Brick Separation, Drywall Damage, and Floor Cracks A homeowner called Redeemers Group after noticing serious signs of foundation settlement, including cracks in the brick wall, cracks inside the home, damaged sheetrock, and cracking floors. The home was built into the side of a hill, which made drainage and soil pressure especially important concerns. During the foundation inspection, the team found measurable settlement along the north and east walls, including up to a 2 1/4-inch drop along the north wall and a 1 3/4-inch drop along the east wall. The homeowner wanted peace of mind, protection for the home’s property value, and confidence that the foundation would not continue to settle. Foundation Pier Installation to Stabilize the North and East Walls The homeowner chose a foundation stabilization plan that included 22 foundation piers starting near the garage door on the east wall and wrapping around the entire north wall. Before installation, the homeowner planned to have the back deck removed so the crew could access the work area properly. The team excavated pier locations around the affected walls, with holes ranging from about 3 feet deep to 5–6 feet deep as the grade changed up the slope of the house. The crew pushed most piers to 5,000 psi, with several locations requiring 8–12 sections of pipe due to the hard, rocky clay soil. While the project did not produce a noticeable lift, the system was installed to stabilize the foundation and help stop further settlement. Why Proper Foundation Stabilization and Drainage Matter This project showed why foundation repair for hillside homes must address more than visible cracks. The soil around the home was very hard and rocky with clay, and the footer was strong and deep, but poor drainage was allowing water to pool near the foundation. That water buildup can create hydrostatic pressure against basement and slab foundation walls, increasing the risk of movement, cracking, and long-term structural stress. The crew also completed slight brick stitching at the cracks to improve the finished repair and homeowner satisfaction. Because water management remained a concern, the team recommended involving a landscaper to improve drainage and noted that additional protection could be considered in the future for other sides of the home. Call Redeemers Group for Foundation Repair and Basement Stabilization If you are seeing brick separation, drywall cracks, floor cracks, basement wall movement, or signs of foundation settlement, schedule a professional foundation inspection with Redeemers Group. Our team can identify what is causing the movement and recommend a repair plan designed to stabilize your home, protect your property value, and give you peace of mind.
