Dana D. noticed that her basement was damp and could possibly cause mold. She gave Redeemers Group a call before the issue worsened. One of the first components of this project was to install SmartSump pump system The SmartSump™ comes equipped with a cast-iron Zoeller® primary pump with the option of adding an UltraSump® Battery Backup Sump Pump. James and his family have a wonderful pool in their backyard. The pool deck slab on the right side of the pool steps settled away from the pool with lippage of over 1" with adjoining slab. There are three pool deck slabs settled away from the pool on north end of the pool, left of the pool step. However, he noticed that there were cracks and uneven concrete surrounding their pool. James called Redeemers Group and we were able to find the perfect solution. To resolve this issue, we installed the PolyLevel® system which uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement. Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away. James and his family are now able to enjoy their pool without any uneven concrete. 

Bo M. had noticed that the foundation of his home was unstable. He tried to work on these issues on his own, but these solutions were only temporary. Redeemers Group was happy to help Bo secure his home’s foundation. In order to resolve this issue, Redeemers Group installed our push pier system. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure must sink downwards into the ground. This is true with homes, concrete floors, chimneys, and many other structures. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position. Once this was completed; Bo’s home was foundation problem free. We are thrilled that we could help Bo and his family.  

Every time it rained, water filled this crawl space to the point that it flooded the access point (pictured)This homeowner had finally had enough! Where the wood was still in good condition, but there was sinking due to the muck and mud from the water, we install Smart Jacks, a super stron support jack system, to hold up the floors and secure the foundation.Then, to deal with water coming in from rain, we installed a drainage system, that was our sump pump would vacuum up any water that got into the crawl space, and the drainage line would zip it away out and away from the home. Thanks to the work of our teams, this customer's crawl space woes were solved for good!

Mold had been growing in the crawl space for some time before the homeowner caught on. She was tipped off by nasty smells and sinking floors; this meant that the humidity had gotten high enough in the crawl space that the wood had started to rot away! Luckily a local waterproofing and crawl space company, Redeemers Group, was able to come and take a look at her crawl space. The System Design Specialist braved the dark and dank foundation to find that, yes, the humidity was much higher than it should be, and the water content in the wood was much much too high. The wood had begun to rotm and she required some of it to be replaced and the crawl space needed to be encapsulated to make sure the newly replaced wood would not meet the same fate as it's predecessor. Redeemers group replaced the wood where needed, fogged the mold to kill any existing mold in the crawl space, and installed clean space to fully encapsulate the crawl space and make sure the humidity stayed under contrrol for decades to come!

AnnCorinne and Gilbert L. have called their Cleveland, MS home their own for over 20 years. When they attempted to sell it a year and a half ago, an inspection revealed rot in the crawlspace—a discovery that caused the sale to fall through.
