Mary P. noticed that the floors of her home were sinking in a certain part of her home. She was worried that this would spread to the rest of the home so she gave Redeemers Group a call.  One of the main compenents of the solution was to install the SmartJack®. The SmartJack® system provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. When Robbie of Water Valley, MS,  turned to Redeemers Group for help, she knew she had a problem, she just didn't know how bad it really was. Frank had been frustrated by water coming through his basement floor for many years. He could never figure out exactly where it was coming from, and therefore, how to stop it.Finally, Frank had the good sense to call Redeemers Group for help! We tracked down the areas of water intrusion, and installed a lateral line to carry the water out of the basement. Then, we added a sump pump to collect the water, and keep it from flowing back into the basement, which would have caused foundation damage down the line. Finally, we sealed our install with fresh concrete.Frank continues to enjoy his nice, dry basement :) 

Gwen noticed some moisture coming through her walls. She replaced the drywall and thought she had the problem solved. But of course it leaked again, and she new she had more than a cosmetic problem. So she called Redeemers group! We are installed WaterGuard along the back wall and NE corner bedroom of the basement. We also placed a  sump pump just inside and behind the walk out door of the basement to absorb the water diverted by her water guard system.After our installation, Gwen was so happy with her water mitigation system, she ended up purchasing CareClub, so we could come by every year and give it a check up. Sean O. had noticed that the concrete surrounding his pool was unven and starting to crack. This was an extreme hazard for Sean and his family. After attempting to fix it himself, Sean gave Redeemers Group a call.  In order to fix this issue, the team at Redeemers Group lifted and leveled the exterior concrete. During the process we used the PolyLevel to even the concrete around the customer's pool. By using PolyLevel® we are able to lift concrete slabs to a level position with less weight and disruption than the legacy mud jacking or slab jacking process. We were more than happy to get this issue resolved for Sean and his family. They are now able to enjoy their pool without uneven and dangerous concrete. 

Kevin F., of Batesvile, MS, noticed that water was coming up out of the ground in the corner of his home’s crawlspace.  He decided to give the Redeemers Group a call before the moisture caused any further damage to the crawlspace or the home! We were more than happy to help, and sent one of our Design Specialists, Nick Roberson, to give Kevin a free inspection. After a thorough inspection was done, Nick proposed our Cleanspace Technology. The CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System addresses each of the main threats to a crawl space: outside air, excess moisture, water, mold, and pests. Kiel, one of our skilled production team leads, headed out to Batesville to complete this encapsulation. Upon arrival and beginning the work, the team realized just how small this crawlspace actually was. As seen in the attached pictures, Kiel was laid completely flat, and there was barely enough room for his head!! The Redeemers also found out that the main beam of the house was literally a tree that had been installed!! Nevertheless, our team prevailed, and didn’t give up on this encapsulation. Through all of the crazy hurdles our team had to jump, we REDEFINED this clients experience to ensure that they won’t ever have to face a damp crawlspace from this point on!!

Sarah had noticed cracks forming above her doorways in her master bedroom a few years ago. Like many homeowners, it waged war on her peace of mind for years. The area above her bed even started to sag, and her drywall cracks just kept getting bigger. Frank W. had noticed that the foundation of his home was unstable. The crack on the outside of his home continued to grow. He hired other contractors over the years, but the foundation issue would not go away. Frank decided to give Redeemers Group a call to help with this issue. The first task that was completed was to install piers to support the foundation of the home. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure must sink downwards into the ground. This is true with homes, concrete floors, chimneys, and many other structures. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position.

This homeowner was always a bit suspicious of the drainage channel installed right under his concrete driveway. Well, as the channel worked unchecked, the water from it leaked in and around his concrete driveway, which ultimately resulted in a HUGE hole, or as we call them, voids forming under his concrete driveway. Left alone, this hole would have ultimately lead to extreme sinking and cracking of his driveway which eventually would cause the driveway to collapse!This homeowner did the very smart thing and called Redeemers Group, a local concrete repair specialist in Starkville Mississippi. Because he called us soon enough, we were able to save his driveway by filling the voids formed by water, and sealing his concrete joints so that more water would not get under his slabs and lead to the same problem all over again. this homeowner saved thousands of dollars, not to mention extreme headaches, by getting his concrete repaired before it needed to be replaced!
