Flooded Crawl Space Cured by Installation of a Sump Pump, Drain Line by Redeemers Group in Paragould, AR
Every time it rained, water filled this crawl space to the point that it flooded the access point (pictured)This homeowner had finally had enough! She stopped ignoring her problem and reached out a local crawl space expert, Redeemers Group.   Redeemers Group had been serving the Paragould area locally for 14 years! We had never come cross a flooding crawl space we couldn't help. This homeowner's crawl space was no different.Redeemers Group bilged (drained) the flooded crawl space with expert care. Once we had removed the excess rainwater, we got to work completely replacing the rotted wood joisting framing the crawl space, and even added a supplemental beam to help with the over-spanned (over worked) areas under the home. Where the wood was still in good condition, but there was sinking due to the muck and mud from the water, we install Smart Jacks, a super stron support jack system, to hold up the floors and secure the foundation. Then, to deal with water coming in from rain, we installed a drainage system, that was our sump pump would vacuum up any water that got into the crawl space, and the drainage line would zip it away out and away from the home. Thanks to the work of our teams, this customer's crawl space woes were solved for good!
Tight Crawl Space? No Problem.
Do you have a very shallow crawl space? Is that stopping you from addressing your problems?  Think again.  Ethan S. or Paragould, AR had crawl space moisture problems.  The excess moisture did a great deal of damage to the joists as well as the subfloors.  Ethan knew he needed to replace all the rotted and broken wood, but also wanted to address the moisture problems to be sure that this wouldn't cause any trouble in the future.  He was concerned about the accessibility in the crawl space because there wasn't a lot of room under the house.  He decided to call Redeemers Group. Concrete Lift and Seal Project in Paragould, AR Restores Safety and Peace of Mind
Eric F. of Paragould, AR has enjoyed over 20 years in his home, and while the concrete had held up well, subtle signs of settling began to appear. Uneven slabs had developed in two spots on the driveway, one section of the sidewalk, and a portion of the pool deck. The most severe issue was at the entrance of a detached garage, where significant settling created a gap large enough that Eric temporarily filled it with a brick. Wanting to preserve the value of his home and ensure safety, he chose to take action before things worsened. Our team implemented a targeted lift-and-seal solution, raising the affected concrete sections to restore smooth, even surfaces. While Eric opted not to proceed with the full 2-Part Concrete Protection System, he agreed to have all cracks and joints sealed across the driveway, sidewalk, and pool deck—ensuring that moisture stays out and the surfaces remain protected. Prior to the installation, Eric removed the temporary brick at the garage threshold so we could properly address the void and realign the slab. The completed work delivered lasting stability, improved safety, and greater curb appeal—all without unnecessary expense. With his concrete now secure and sealed, Eric can enjoy his property with renewed confidence. If you're noticing uneven slabs or cracking concrete, contact us today for a free estimate and see how simple, cost-effective solutions can restore peace of mind.

Humid, Wet Crawl Space Gets Treated for Mold by Local Waterproofing Company in Clarksdale, MS
Mold had been growing in the crawl space for some time before the homeowner caught on. She was tipped off by nasty smells and sinking floors; this meant that the humidity had gotten high enough in the crawl space that the wood had started to rot away! Luckily a local waterproofing and crawl space company, Redeemers Group, was able to come and take a look at her crawl space. The System Design Specialist braved the dark and dank foundation to find that, yes, the humidity was much higher than it should be, and the water content in the wood was much much too high. The wood had begun to rotm and she required some of it to be replaced and the crawl space needed to be encapsulated to make sure the newly replaced wood would not meet the same fate as it's predecessor. Redeemers group replaced the wood where needed, fogged the mold to kill any existing mold in the crawl space, and installed clean space to fully encapsulate the crawl space and make sure the humidity stayed under contrrol for decades to come!
Foundation Issues in Cleveland, MS
Janice M. had noticed that the foundation of her home was unstable. The crack on the outside of her home continued to grow. She hired other contractors over the years, but the foundation issue would not go away. Janice decided to give Redeemers Group a call to help with this issue. The first task that was completed was to install piers to support the foundation of the home. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure must sink downwards into the ground. This is true with homes, concrete floors, chimneys, and many other structures. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position.  Once this was completed; Janice's home was foundation problem free. We are thrilled that we could help Janice and her family.
Restoring Structural Integrity in Cleveland, MS: Rim Band & Joist Repair for Peace of Mind
AnnCorinne and Gilbert L. have called their Cleveland, MS home their own for over 20 years. When they attempted to sell it a year and a half ago, an inspection revealed rot in the crawlspace—a discovery that caused the sale to fall through. Determined to resolve the issue before making further renovations like new flooring, the couple prioritized structural repair to ensure their home would be safe, stable, and ready for future updates. During the inspection, parts of the crawlspace were inaccessible due to plumbing obstructions beneath the kitchen. However, it was evident that the rim band in that area, as well as beneath the master bathroom, was deteriorating. While the rest of the crawlspace remained in good shape with no major mold or wood damage, we recommended a focused repair: 24 feet of rim band replacement and joist sistering along the affected span. The plan was designed to correct existing damage while remaining flexible in case the full extent of joist reinforcement wasn't necessary. With careful planning, AnnCorinne and Gilbert were informed that their kitchen cabinets and bathtub would need to be removed to complete the job properly. By taking this proactive step, they are securing their home’s foundation and creating a safe, stable base for future remodeling. This repair marks the beginning of a thoughtful and well-structured home improvement journey. Facing Structural Issues? Delta Soil Settlement Corrected with Helical Piers in Indianola, MS
When William R. purchased his home in Indianola, MS in August 2024, he was already aware of potential foundation issues thanks to his home inspector’s warning about cracks in the drywall. Hoping the problem wouldn't worsen, William went ahead with drywall repairs shortly after moving in. Unfortunately, the cracks quickly reappeared—clear signs that the underlying settlement was active and ongoing. Concerned about the long-term stability of his home, he sought a lasting solution that would allow him to repair the drywall once and for all, without the fear of repeat damage. Upon inspection, our team discovered significant settlement affecting three key corners of the home—particularly the southeast corner, which had dropped up to 2.5 inches, and additional drops of about 1 inch at both the southwest and north corners. These shifts were typical of homes in the Mississippi Delta, where soft, unstable soils often lead to uneven settling. Based on the soil type and location, we recommended a comprehensive stabilization plan using helical piers at all three corners. William chose our most robust solution, which also included PolyLevel® backfill to fill any voids and reestablish soil support. While the gas meter and HVAC unit near the northeast corner posed minor obstacles, William arranged to have the HVAC system removed to ensure smooth installation. The transformation was dramatic. Before the project, the home was showing clear signs of distress: reopened cracks, uneven flooring, and long-term risk of structural damage. After the installation of helical piers and precise leveling, the foundation was stabilized across all affected areas. The home is now structurally secure and ready for cosmetic repairs with confidence that the damage won’t return. If you're seeing recurring drywall cracks or uneven floors, don’t just patch the symptoms—fix the foundation. Contact Redeemers Group today for a custom foundation evaluation backed by proven solutions.
Moldy Crawl Space in Crawfordsville, AR
Doug P. noticed that his crawl space was extremely damp. He also suspected that there may be mold. He decided to give Redeemers Group a call and got a free estimate with one of our specialists. They both discovered there was indeed mold forming in the crawl space. One of the main components of the crawl space solution included the installation of the SuperSump® sump pump and the CleanSpace®   System. Both systems are essential to keeping any basement or crawlspace dry. The SuperSump® pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a basement collects during heavy rains. It can pump 2220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot discharge head quietly and efficiently. The CleanSpace® System separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.  With a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, this durable 20-milpoly-reinforced crawl space liner converts your crawl space into a usable storage area. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace® will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface. We also installed SaniDry CX Air System to keep humidity low. The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. It's the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier, without a bulky heat exchange core. The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency ENERGY STAR® certified dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models. Doug was relieved that his home's crawl space was now completely dry and mold-free.
